All Sensewood products are designed and made by hand in Helsinki, Finland.

We control quality of every piece carefully.

Our products might be quite fragile because of materials and might break down if it’s used incorrectly.

Please keep it away from children and avoid contact with chemicals (sprays, perfume etc.) and strong pressure on the items.

We use only high – quality and safe materials from trustworthy suppliers from Finland and the EU for our designs.

2. Ordering

Any customs or import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees imposed on the order are the responsibility of the recipient (also for wholesale customers). Sensewood can’t offer any assistance in these processes. Please, contact your local customs office to know more about current charges, before ordering.

Is there a phone number where I can contact you?

We don’t have a call center at the moment because we have clients all over the world from different countries and time zones. We’re happy to provide support via e-mail. This way we can keep our prices as low as possible.

All our items are sent by Posti. We dispatch the orders in 2- 5 working days from receiving the payment, and the standard delivery time is 3 – 8 working days for the European Union (up to 15 for the rest of the world). Please, keep in mind that, during busy seasons, like holidays, the delivery times might be longer.

5. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.

Take a note you have to cover the costs for returning yourself.

We’ll return your postage costs if the item is faulty.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. 

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of having been worn or altered, or if some or all of the original tags are no longer properly attached. If the return is refused, you can choose to have the product sent back to you at your cost.

  • Personalised items because they’re made especially for you and can’t be sold to other customers.
